PG&E does not charge late fees or interest on past due balances. If you need more time to pay, you can sign up for a flexible payment arrangement online by logging into Your Account. Setting up payment arrangements early can prevent shut off notices. If you do experience a shut off, you will need to pay all past due charges to have your service restarted and you may be charged a deposit and/or a reconnection fee.
