You can set up a large variety of alerts online using the following steps.
- Log in to Your Account
- In the top, right corner, click on the EDIT PROFILE AND ALERTS BUTTON
- Scroll down to the ALERT SETTINGS heading
- Select the type of alert you would like to set up
- Toggle the switch on
- Click the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the screen when done
If you find the alert you wish to set up is already on, check the delivery method and address.
- Log in to Your Account
- In the top, right corner, click on the EDIT PROFILE AND ALERTS BUTTON
- Scroll down to the CONTACT INFORMATION heading and select Email, Phone, and Language
- Ensure all contact information is correct
- Press the SAVE button at the bottom of the page
