PG&E offers pilot relight services to our customers at no fee on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earliest available appointment window will automatically be offered through any scheduling option. If you are in need of an earlier appointment, a gas plumber, handyman, or maintenance person can also perform a pilot relight. You can schedule your appointment with PG&E online by logging in to Your Account and selecting SERVICE REQUESTS.
