You will see this page if you do not have any accounts linked to your online profile. This is most common if you have had a break in your PG&E service. In order to access your account information, you’ll need to complete these steps.
- Enter your 11-digit account number.
- Enter your phone number, last four digits of your Social Security number or last four digits of your Tax ID Number.
- Select Next.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Submit.
After you Submit, you’ll be redirected to Your Account dashboard.
NOTE: Residential accounts can only be linked to one username. If you are receiving the following error, your account is already linked to another username. Retrieve a list of your usernames by visiting "Forgot Username."
The account number you are trying to link is associated to another online account.
If you can’t remember what it is linked to, select Forgot Username.
