How do I view daily and hourly usage information? (Residential customers)

Sign in to Your Account. On your dashboard, select Energy Usage Details. Then, follow these steps:

1. Select Energy Use
2. Select your energy type: Electricity, Natural Gas or Combined
3. Choose your view:
   • Year view - past 13 months
   • Bill view - each day in your current billing cycle
   • Day view - each hour in the day (not available for Gas)
4. Roll over the bar chart to see details affecting your bill: cost, energy use and weather.

Want to view costs, instead? Select Energy Costs at #1 and follow the same steps. Community Choice Aggregation and Solar customers can view costs by year only.

NOTE: Usage and cost charts are updated approximately 48 hours after the consumption period.
