If you are trying to reset your password and are being prompted to answer a security question you don't recognize, you may have entered the wrong Username. Your online account Username could be a user ID (such as "johnsmith") or an email address (such as "johnsmith@email.com"). Check your PG&E registration confirmation email to verify your Username. If that email isn't available, we can send your Username to you. To make the request:
- Select Forgot Username
- Enter the email address you used when you signed up
We’ll send your Username to your email address. If you do not see the email after a few minutes, please check your junk/spam box. If there are multiple usernames listed in the email, please attempt all options until you are successful.
