Merging an account is when you have two or more premises under different account numbers, and you would like them grouped together under one bill. Unmerging is when you have one account that houses multiple premises, and you would like them separated on to different bills.
If you have bill(s) that you would like to merge or unmerge, you will need to contact a Customer Service Representative and they will create a request with the appropriate department.
