In order to process a merge or unmerge request, the account has to meet a few qualifications. If you submitted a request to merge or unmerge your accounts and received a letter advising your request could not be processed, one of these reasons for denial will be checked off. Please make sure all information matches the account information and is accurate before resubmitting.
You can resubmit the request by calling a Customer Service Representative who will submit a case to the appropriate department to complete.
