Sign in to Your Account at pge.com. If you do not have an online account, select SIGN IN at the upper right corner of the page, and choose ONE TIME ACCESS. You will need to enter either your PG&E account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number OR your last name, residence zip code and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Once you have signed in, your appointment will be listed under Services located on the right-hand side of the page. Select Manage Appointments. Under Appointment Details, select Reschedule to change the appointment or Cancel to cancel the appointment.
