Sign in to Your Account. If you do not have an online account, select ONE TIME ACCESS. You will need to enter either your PG&E account number, your meter number, and the last four digits of your Social Security number OR your last name, residence zip code and the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your meter number.
Once you have signed in, your appointment will be listed under Services located on the right-hand side of the page. Select Manage Appointments. Under Appointment Details, select Reschedule to change the appointment or Cancel to cancel the appointment.
