You may change your rate two times within a 12-month period. After the second rate change, you must remain on that rate for one year. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. If you have a significant change in the way you use energy, such as the installation of solar panels or the purchase of an electric vehicle, we may reevaluate your rate.
Also, keep in mind that the full financial benefit of a rate change typically takes a year to be realized, as lower winter pricing offsets higher summer pricing.
