To get an update on the status of your rate change request, sign in to Your Account. Under My Rate Plan, select Rate Plans and Options to see if we have received your rate request. You can expect the rates shown here to go into effect at the start of the next billing period (after you submit the request). We will also send you an email confirmation with the effective date of your rate change.
