No, you do not need your account number to report an outage. Simply visit Report & View Electric Outages and select Report an outage. Begin entering your address and select the correct address from the drop down. We will attempt to contact your meter. If no contact is made, you will be prompted to enter details about your outage to provide for our crews. If we are able to contact your meter, try to troubleshoot your power outage by resetting your main breaker. If the problem persists, please check with your landlord or contact an electrician.
