Addresses automatically populate in the pull-down menu. If your address isn't in the pull-down menu, this means PG&E does not have your address in the system, your address is listed differently in our system from what you are typing, or that your address differs from what the county has on file.
The following tips may help when searching for an address:
- Ensure the address is in California and PG&E's service territory.
- If you live in an apartment, try variations of the apartment number (i.e. "unit," "#," "Ste.," etc.) or use the main address of your apartment complex.
- Try various forms of the street abbreviations (i.e. Street, St, St., Avenue, Ave, Ave., Road, Rd, Rd.)
If you are still unable to locate your address in the outage map, you can zoom in to the general area to view the outage restoral information.
