If you don't see Pilot Light Appointments as an option, please do the following:
- Check the address at the top of the page to confirm it is the address at which you are receiving natural gas service from PG&E.
- On your PG&E bill, verify your gas rate schedule is G1 or GM. Only residential customers can request pilot light appointments. If your natural gas service is being billed on a non-residential rate, you are not eligible for this service.
- Call 1-800-743-5000 if this is a residential location receiving natural gas on a residential rate schedule and the pilot light appointment option is not visible.
