You can set alerts to notify you of upcoming events on your account. Alerts can be set for everything from payment arrangements and service appointments to energy management and outage notifications. You can set your preference for each individual alert to notify you by text, voice or email.
To access your alert settings, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Select EDIT PROFILE & ALERTS (yellow button at the top of the page).
- Scroll down to Alert Settings and select the link for Billing & Scheduled Payments.
- Select the "off" button(s) to turn the alert(s) on. Make sure the button changes from "off" to "on"
- Follow the instructions in the dialog box, including whether you want to be notified by text, voice or email.
