The fastest troubleshooting you can do is to try using the "forgot username" function and entering your email address. If the email address was used to register an account in the past, you will be sent an email with your username. Once you have this information, return to PGE.com and select "forgot password" and reset the password. If the email was never used to register an account, a red message will appear indicating we do not have that email address on file. You can repeat this for any/all email addresses you have.
Residential account numbers can only be registered under one username. The account should be registered to the main customer of record however, it is possible that a spouse, family member or roommate created an account on your behalf.
