Under Sign In, select Forgot Password. Enter your Username to retrieve your security question. Answer your security question to have a temporary password emailed to the address you signed up with.
Don’t recognize your security question?
You may have entered the wrong Username. Your online account Username could be a user ID (such as "johnsmith") or an email address (such as "email@example.com"). Check your PG&E registration confirmation email to verify your Username. If that email isn't available, we can send your Username to you. To make the request:
- Select Forgot Username
- Enter the email address you used when you signed up
