There are a few reasons why you may not be able to sign in.
- You may not have any accounts linked to your online profile. To link account(s) to your profile, sign in to My Energy, then link your account numbers to your online profile.
- Your account may be registered to another application such as Customer Connections Online or Mobile Home Park Bill Calculation Service. Our website, pge.com, is used for managing your energy account. If you originally signed up for one of these applications and are now trying to sign into pge.com, you will not be able to access your account. Please navigate to the application for which you have signed up for.
- If you are still unable to reset your password, contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000.
