- Use an alternate form of identification, such as your driver's license number, by selecting the Alternate ID option.
- If you've changed your name, but have not yet notified the Social Security Administration, try using the name on your Social Security card.
- If both your name and Social Security number are correct, and the system still cannot identify you, please call 1-800-743-5000.
