If you would like to schedule an appointment online to start service, simply do the following:
- Under Customer Service on the pge.com website, select Moving In or Moving out
- Select New to PG&E
- Select Residential or Commercial
- Complete the account holder identification check
- Search and select the address you wish to start service at.
- Enter your start date.
- Select your preferred electric rate.
- Review address and service(s).
- Update Your Account details.
- Review the confirmation page and select Submit to accept or select the Back button to make changes.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you once you click submit.
You may also use the One Time Access feature.
