When you signed up for online access to Your Account, you provided an email address. This is the email address that appears in your Profile section. Most likely, you also supplied an email address in Contact Information to receive notifications, such as power outages. Because they are two different areas on the site, you need to update your email address in both sections.
To update your Profile email (the email associated with registration), follow these steps:
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Select EDIT PROFILE & ALERTS (yellow button at the top of the page).
- Scroll to Profile and select Change Email, Password.
- Under Change Email, enter your new email address, and then enter it again under Confirm New Email.
- Select Save Changes.
You will receive an email message that indicates your information has been updated.
