How do I update the email address I use to receive alerts and notifications?

If you would like to update your email address for notification preferences (General Notifications, Billing & Payment Alerts, Rate Information, Energy Alerts, PDP Events, Email Notification Preferences), follow these steps: 

• Sign in to Your Account.

• Select EDIT PROFILE & ALERTS (yellow button at the top of the page).
• Scroll to Contact and select Email, Phone & Language.

• Scroll down to Email Addresses and replace the email address listed with your new email address.
• Select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

NOTE: You’ll also need to visit ALERT SETTINGS (under PROFILE & ALERTS) to update your email address for each of the alerts you receive.
