There are several reasons why you may no longer be eligible for CARE, including:
- We did not receive the High Usage Post Enrollment Verification/ESA Participation form.
- We did not receive a Transcript of Tax Return or Verification of Non-filing status.
- The agreement to participate in our Energy Savings Assistance Program was not completed.
- Your participation in the program was not fulfilled, for example, a failed appointment, access was not provided or refusal of quality inspection.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in the program for 24 months or until you can complete and submit the required information. If you submit a new application, we will reply with the required documents needed to reinstate you in the program. Visit CARE program resources to start the process.
