To receive a monthly text letting you know you have a new bill, follow the steps below. The text can be in addition to or instead of a monthly email.
- Sign in to Your Account.
- Select "Edit Profile and Alerts"
- Scroll down to "Alert Settings" and select "Billing and Scheduled Payments"
- Select how you would like to receive notifications (you can select both text and email)
- Toggle on the desired notification type and select "Save Changes"
*Note: If you have chosen to receive PDF bills, you will need to create a password. Toggle on "Bill Ready to View" and select "PDF" as the type. Click the link "Create or Reset your PDF password." Save Changes
