The most common reason for receiving an early true-up statement is enrollment or unenrollment in Community Choice Aggregation (CCA).
- To learn more about the CCA program and view a list of participating suppliers, visit our Community Choice Aggregation page.
Other actions that can cause an early true-up statement include:
- Stop service request
- Enrollment in SmartMeter Opt-Out Program
- NEM1 customers who increase solar system size more than 10% or 1 kW (whichever is greater)
- NEMA or NEMV meter arrangement modifications
Note: PG&E cannot reverse charges from these early true-up situations and cannot re-apply your previously scheduled true-up date.
