To search for an outage, visit our Outage Center. Here, you can type in a specific address to view the outage status or select the outage map option to view all outages.
If you are having trouble locating your address in the outage map, the following tips may help when searching for an address:
Ensure the address is in California and PG&E's service territory on the Electric Service Area Maps.
If you live in an apartment, try variations of the apartment number (i.e. "unit," "#," "Ste.," etc.) or use the main address of your apartment complex.
Try various forms of the street abbreviations (i.e. Street, St, St., Avenue, Ave, Ave., Road, Rd, Rd.)
