Scams may come in the form of a suspicious phone call, person at your location, letter, email, or other method of communication. If you ever suspect a scam, please contact us to validate the authenticity and/or report the suspected scam. We never ask for your financial information over the phone, never ask for a copy of your bill, and will always present an identification badge.
