An extension moves the due date to a later date (up to 30 days) to allow you more time to pay your bill in full.
A payment arrangement will allow you to split up your existing balance into smaller payments over time.
With both options, any new incoming bill amounts are due by the due date listed on the bill.
You are able to set up both Payment Arrangements and Due Date Extensions by logging in to Your Account. From the home screen, select Payment Options, then Payment Arrangements.
