Are there energy efficiency programs available that are not based on income?

We do offer programs to improve your efficiency without the need to submit income verification. These programs include our Home Energy Report that assists you in assessing your energy usage and ways you can decrease your usage. We also offer programs like our SmartRate program which rewards you for reducing your usage during some of the hottest days during the year.
