Account holders (your parent) can designate email addresses as well as phone numbers to receive email and text notifications for a wide variety of account specific situations such as billing and payment alerts.
The account holder will need to log into Your Account and click the Edit Profile & Alerts button on the top of the page.
Alert Settings will appear at the bottom of the page. In each alert option you can add an email address or text message. Make sure each alert is turned ON to receive messages.
