The due date for your PG&E charges is always three weeks after your bill comes out; you may pay your bill at any time in that three-week period, you do not have to wait until the due date. If you are unable to pay before your due date, PG&E does not add any fees for a past due payment. We recommend you make your payment prior to your next bill date, if possible, to avoid getting behind on your bill. You may also set up a payment arrangement or due date extension online by logging in to Your Account or over the phone in the IVR by calling 1-800-743-5000.
