You can get account information for someone that is hospitalized or incapacitated by filling out the Authorization to Receive Customer Information or Act Upon a Customer’s Behalf form. If you have a Power of Attorney to submit, contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000, to learn how to submit your documents.
If you would like to make a payment on an account without the need of account information, you can use the following options:

Payment online: click the One Time Access button that appears next to the Sign In button on the Your Account login screen and follow the prompts.
You must have the account information (11-digit account number) to submit a payment.
