If you are having difficulty paying your monthly bill, we offer a variety of options to help. For one time assistance, such as a due date extension or pay plan, log in to Your Account, select Payment Options, and choose Payment Arrangement from the drop down.
For long term assistance, such as a discount program, log in to Your Account, select Payment Options, and choose Assistance Programs from the drop down. For help monitoring your usage, log in to Your Account, select Edit Profile and Alerts, scroll down to Alert Settings, and turn on your desired alerts.
