Regardless of what time of day it is, PG&E is here to get your power restored in the event you've been shut off for nonpayment. You will need to make a payment that covers all of your past due charges. If it is after regular business hours, you can still make your payment online by visiting PGE.com or by phone using the IVR. If you choose to call in your payment, make sure you are prepared to write down your payment confirmation number. After the payment is made, call us at 1-800-743-5000 and we will order the service restoration request.
You can find payment options by visiting our Pay Your PG&E Statement page. If you pay at an authorized payment center, call 1-800-743-5000 with your receipt information to cancel the pending shut off.
