When you transferring service to a new address, the medical baseline allotment will automatically transfer as well.
You can transfer services online by logging into Your Account and selecting Service Requests, Start or Stop Service.
If you request to stop service at your old address today and start service at your new address at a later date, your Medical Baseline Allotment will not be automatically transferred to your new address. You will need to contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5000 and request your Medical Baseline Allotment be transferred to your new address.
If you have multiple addresses on your account you will only have medical baseline on your primary residence.
