You may also need to contact one or both service providers for inquiries other than billing such as in the following examples:
PG&E will help with questions related to PG&E service charges such as the delivery of electricity, changes to your rate schedule, or service requests such as gas pilot relights, CARE, Medical baseline or new service arrangements.
Contact your CCA for any inquires related to CCA service, such as the charges associated with their generation rates or any questions regarding their program.
