Customers may request a change to any open applicable rate up to two times in a rolling 12-month period. However, once a customer makes the 2nd rate change, they will have to remain on that selected rate for the next 12 billing cycles.

We recommend running a rate analysis twice a year to ensure you are still on the best rate for your home.
For NEM1 Solar Customers, please note that a rate change to Time-of-Use (E-TOU-C) will require a forced True-Up due to the Bill Protection program.
