If the energy usage details screen is not working when you log into Your Account, there may be a temporary system issue or system maintenance being performed during that time. We encourage you to try again at a later time.
If you are a Solar Customer, you may be on a rate that is not eligible for energy usage details. The rates not eligible for energy usage details are:
- NEM Paired Storage
- NEM SmartMeter Opt-Out
If you are on one of the rates noted above, you will continue to receive a monthly NEM statement that will provide Net Generation and Consumption details so you can monitor and track your Net Usage.
