To change or edit a pending payment, first you should cancel the pending payment and then resubmit a new payment.
To cancel your pending payment:
- Log into Your Account and click on Bill & Payment History.
- A list of your bills and payments will appear with the most recent on top.
- Find the pending payment and click the Cancel link within the payment.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Click Submit to cancel the payment.
You can then resubmit your payment using a different payment method or amount of your choosing.
NOTE: If you do not see the "cancel" button, the payment is not pending and cannot be cancelled and resubmitted.
