Customers who have established a payment arrangement (pay plan) can view their arrangement by logging into Your Account and click on the View & Pay Bill tab. The current amount and date due will appear. If you click on View Schedule, you will see the full payment arrangement.
If you are wanting to see a scheduled payment instead of a payment plan as described above, log into Your Account and click the Bill & Payment History tab. This will take you to your payment and bill history screen. You can filter the screen by “payments” to view only payments made on your account. Find the Payment Scheduled activity and click the down arrow to view more detail for the scheduled payment including the payment type.
