Unfortunately, we are unable to back date your stop date. You can log into Your Account and stop your services as of today’s date or using a future date.
To discontinue (stop) service, you'll need to do the following:
- Sign in to Your Account. If you are not registered for Your Account, you may use the Visitor feature by selecting the One Time Access tab within Your Account.
- For the Visitor feature, enter your PG&E account number, meter number and the last four digits of your Social Security number OR your last name, zip code, meter number, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Scroll down to Service Requests and select Start or Stop Service and follow the instructions to stop your service.
