Unfortunately, we are unable to back date your stop date. You can log into Your Account and stop your services as of today’s date or using a future date.
To discontinue (stop) service, you'll need to do the following:
- Sign in to Your Account. If you are not registered for Your Account, you may use the Visitor feature by selecting the One Time Access tab within Your Account.
- For the Visitor feature, enter your PG&E account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number OR your last name, zip code, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Scroll down to Service Requests and select Start or Stop Service and follow the instructions to stop your service.
