There may be a few reasons why your address does not appear when searching on our Outage page. The following tips may help when searching for an address:
- Ensure the address is in California and PG&E's service territory.
- If you live in an apartment, try variations of the apartment number (i.e. "unit," "#," "Ste.," etc.) or use the main address of your apartment complex.
- Try various forms of the street abbreviations (i.e. Street, St, St., Avenue, Ave, Ave., Road, Rd, Rd.)
If your address doesn’t appear in the drop-down choices, it means we cannot match it to the addresses included in our maps. To report or learn more about outages not on our maps, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5002.
