We recommend creating an online account for access to all account features, but you are welcome to use One-Time Access for select tasks such as updating your contact information and setting preferences for Outage Alerts, Energy Alerts, Payment Arrangement reminders and Service Visit reminders. Visit our One-Time Access page and enter your information in the required fields to sign in and then click the Edit Profile & Alerts button in the top right corner.
Transactions that cannot be done through One-Time Access:
- View past billing and payment history.
- Set up recurring payments.
- Track or analyze your usage.
- Paperless Billing
- Billing alerts
- Scheduled-payment alerts
