Yes. If you are moving within our service area, you can transfer service online by logging into Your Account. After signing in, select “Transfer Service” from the “Start or Stop Service” page. You can then select the date you want to stop your existing service and the date you want to start service at the new location.
If you do not have an online account, you can also sign in as a visitor to transfer service. You will need your account number, meter number and last 4 digits of your social security number or your last name, zip code of your current address, meter number and the last 4 digits of your social security number. To transfer service without an online account, visit our Your Account page and click on the One Time Access tab.
