The APS (Auto Pay) program closed to new enrollments December 2015. Unfortunately, a change in banking information requires a new enrollment which is no longer available. You must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-743-5000 and a Customer Service Expert will be happy to stop your Auto Pay program.
After contacting an agent and canceling auto pay, we recommend you enroll in Recurring Payments by logging into Your Account and selecting Payment Options followed by Set Up Recurring Payments. With Recurring Payments, you can edit your banking account information easily and quickly.
