PG&E is launching a mobile application in 2021. The mobile app is designed to report non-emergency situations. You can use it to submit a photo of a power pole, power line, or other PG&E electrical equipment that seems hazardous. Your report goes straight to our Safety Team and could help reduce the threat of wildfires or prevent other emergencies. Together, we can make these places we live and work as safe as possible.

If you do not have this app on your phone or you are experiencing an electric or gas emergency, please contact PG&E immediately at 1-800-743-5000 and follow the prompts to report an emergency.
