There could be several reasons why you received notification of restoration during a PSPS and your power remains off.
Do you have multiple accounts? You could receive notification of restoration for one property while your other property is still not safe to restore.
Outage caused by a situation outside of PSPS. Your power could remain off due to another issue. Visit our PSPS Updates and click on the outage map to see if you are impacted by another outage.
If the situations above do not pertain to you, you can report an outage online from our Outage Center page or contact our outage line at 1-800-743-5002. We will review your issue and if necessary, schedule a representative to research our outage further.
