There are 3 ways you can decline the Time-of-use transition rate.
1. By Mail:
At the bottom of page one of your notification letter, you will find a return card with options to remain on your current rate or choose between the transition or optional rate.
2. Online:
From Your Account Dashboard, there you will see an alert in the rate plan section:
Select "MANAGE YOUR RATE PLAN" to bring you to the decline option: 
Complete the steps and receive confirmation of your request.
3. By Phone:
Call 1(866)743-7945 to speak to a representative about your options to decline or discuss other rate options.
