There are a few reasons why an account would not be eligible to qualify for the Covid-19 relief payment arrangement such as:
- Account has an active payment arrangement
- Payment arrangements from assistance agencies do not impact eligibility
- Account is enrolled in Arrearage Management Plan (AMP)
- Account is enrolled in Autopay (APS)
- Account is on Budget Billing
- Account is closed
- NEM accounts (solar)
- Account is currently enrolled in the COVID Debt Relief Payment Arrangement
- Account does not have an active Service Agreement
